A fantastic view (sea and the port) and a nice room with a comfortable bed. SPA is free and we enjoyed Sauna, Jacuzzi and the little pool. We had one of the most fascinating views including the sunrise in the morning from the hotel room and then in the evening sunset just the other side of the hotel. To the main railway station is about 10-15min walk and the city centre is just other side of the railway station. The beach is just opposite to the station. Just 5min walk from the station you can find a fantastic sandy beach. The water is clean, fresh and you can even walk about 100m towards the sea. Surrounding is beautiful and covered with lots of restaurants. There is a mini supermarket in the city also a small market where they sell local food. Clavi is 30min by train and worth for a day trip. Hotel staff are friendly and speak good English. Receptionist girls are wonderful and really helpful. It would have been great if they had a gym. But we used to run just outside by the beach and was beautiful in the morning.

Very clean and modern, my only comment is the location is slightly odd being next to the ferry terminal and a 10 minute walk to town but no big deal.

The hotel lives in lovely ile Rousse very well located to discover the north of Corsica. The hotel is on the edge of the village just a 10 minute walk to the center of town and far enough away to enjoy the tranquility and calm breeze of rhe Med Sea. Upon arrival we were not satisfied with the room and the fromt desk hostess very kindly did everything in her power to accomodate us in another. She offered us keys to 2 other rooms for us to choose. This kind of client centricity is not only extremely rare in Europe it is almost unheard of. The breakfast and dinner teams were also very welcoming and customer service oriented. Highly recommend La Pietra!!!

Clean hotel, well located to the centre of town (650 meter walk) with great parking for those with hire cars. Rooms are small but common areas spotlessly clean. A suitable and inexpensive stay along the way. Receptionist was great . . .

Fantastisk svømming i sjøen rett ved.

Initially had difficulty finding the hotel - the signposts from the town centre could be better - as it is the last hotel (past the ferry terminal) at the end of a road. A wee way out of town. No lift in the hotel so we left our large bags in the car. The room was modern, air conditioning excellent, view perfect. Didn't try the restaurant.

We stayed one night at the La Pietra because it was conventiently located at the port of Ile-Rousse where we wanted to board the ferry to Nice early in the morning. The staff was very friendly, the rooms clean and well maintained. We had dinner at the restaurant which was a wonderful experience. The Chef really did a wonderful work, and the setting is outstanding!

La chambre était bien malgré une clim peu fonctionnelle. Exposé ouest, notre chambre était bien chauffée au soleil. Un peu d’air frais était souhaitable, nous avons dû ouvrir les fenêtres. À part ça, l’hygiène était correct. Le petit déjeuner est bon et très varié. La piscine était un peu petite, heureusement que nous étions seuls. Le hammam non fonctionnel. Le lit bébé était très pratique, notre bébé a bien dormi. Une seule nuit où la musique du restaurant était très forte, une soirée exceptionnelle qui nous a un peu perturbé. Mais bon, nous avons bien dormi les autres nuits. Le rapport qualité-prix est quand même très intéressant !

Nous avons séjourné à l’hôtel pendant 4 nuits, l’hôtel est parfait, le personnel très accueillant et attentionné, le spa est top, la vue est folle et le restaurant est juste exceptionnel. Ayant eu un « petit » problème le dernier soir, le personnel a été très présent et disponible
