I booked 2 rooms at the hotel through a permit agent online. Arriving at the location and giving the booking code to the hotel. The clerk said that only one room could. That panicked me. But after an email about an online agent and they said it was their mistake. Finally they booked 1 more room for me. Hopefully this incident will not be repeated.

The hotel has a sheet with all the bus information for popular places, which is really helpful :) Water pressure is great!

The hotel is nice, comfortable, the hotel staff is very kind, wellcome and helpful as they can speak english. Toilettries such as shampoos, soaps and conditioners are available in large size so can use banyak2 and banyak2. Then the food is also delicious but had to be asked first containing pork what not. The hotel is close to the airport but far from the bus terminal. The only drawback. For self-Indonesia traveler traveling travelers should choose a hotel that is close to the bus terminal

This hotel got good services. Even helped me to get a taxi & escorted me too. Their English are well & able to understand & communicate well. The toilet is nice & the room is spacious. Will go back to this hotel again
