Visible dust... Dusty at blind area and chairs. Room attendant not really clean and does not housekeep the room... I highlighted this to the counter and the counter was offering to change to another room.

Great hotel, always come here for staycation at Penang, the most important thing is the air conditioning is cool, parking is really easy.

The hotel is very clean, the toilet floor is also not slippery, there is no restaurant, but there are restaurants nearby. The staff is friendly, very good, I like it.

In the same building as Coffee Bean. Next to Lotus, you can buy discounted items (and DIY items). Near a large supermarket (which seems non-halal). There's Pizza Hut, McDonald's, and Happy Mart.

Next door is Lotus. You can shop for promotional items.

Just need to improve about staff PR. I just feel unwelcome when arrived to the hotel. Other than that all OK.

I wanted to go home quickly to the airport, so I stayed here. There's a Lotus (like a Hypermart) next to the hotel, and I'm sure they'll have some discounted items. McDonald's, Pizza Hut, and Mixue are all nearby. A large food court is within walking distance. There's Nasi Kandar (Indian)

I checked in at 2 AM, and the receptionist was ready to assist. The location is not far from Setia Spice, my main activity center during my stay in Penang. There's a bus stop right in front of the hotel, providing easy and affordable transportation options.

Had a great one-night stay here. Parking is provided, nearby convenience stores and restaurants. The room is a bit small but suitable for a short-term stay.

I chose to stay at this hotel because it was close to my nephew's university, so there was no need to go far when my nephew visited. And around the hotel there are many choices of restaurants/places to eat. With the relative price, this is my choice when coming to Penang.
