Best place to stay in Hatyai so far. Room is adequate for me. Location is really good too. Not too center but nearby railway station and 7-Eleven just beside the hotel. Already repeat here twice.

The hotel has good facilities and a nice location, but the staff were not friendly or welcoming. I expected better customer service. It would be great if the management could train the staff to be more polite and helpful towards guests.

Friendly staff, strategic location, walking distance to the station, and a normal elevator. No issues here.

Very close to Robinson. Around Lee Garden Plaza, Kim Yong Market is just a walk away. The location is relatively strategic to go anywhere.

Booked this hotel, got to stay at another hotel, Hat Yai Golden Crown Hotel. The hotel's air conditioning was not cool. A technician came to check but could not fix it. Asked to change rooms, the rooms were full. Had to ask for a fan. The lights kept going on and off.

Good and friendly staff, good location, clean room. It's my second time booking this hotel. Will take aloha in next visit. Very recommended.

Dated hotel. But clean and spacious. The important one is they provide basement parking for the guests. Good location just 5 mins walk to Lee garden area.

Near to Hatyai Railway Station. Highly recommended.

Clean, good view, very good service Check in size before time but do not need to pay extra.
