Very accommodating staff. We got our bicycles locked inside the basement. Great service and very helpful overall. Extra pillows were handed out to us - we just asked at the reception. Rooms where super clean

We have stayed at this hotel several times over the last 4-5 years, and we used to be very pleased with the overall quality compared to price. The last 1-2 years the price has increased dramatically, but within the same time span, the quality has sunk to a new low, which leaves us with no choise, but to find another hotel for our visits to Holbæk. We are sorry about this!

Nice staff - but kitchen-service way too slow !!!

Very nice staff. We had a room with a view to the see, and it was great.

The room was nice but very warm and the restaurant as well warm like a sauna. Food was good but took an hour to get served.

Lovely hotel and close to the central parts of the city. Unfortunately I couldn't sleep very well there as there was a wedding party at the hotel with loud music that didn't end until after 3 in the morning. All the best to the wedding couple but I didn't get to sleep well and that's the main reason I choose to stay in a hotel.

Vores værelse lugtede fugtigt og indelukket. Havde bestilt værelse med fjordudsigt, men det eneste vi kunne se fra værelset var lige ud i kronen af nogle store skovtræ. Der var ikke meget information omkring morgenmaden da vi ankom, ej heller særlig tydelig skiltning, da vi skulle finde morgenmaden dagen efter.

Vi fik at vide, at der er gulvtæpper på alle værelser. Vi havde gerne set, at der var mulighed for at vælge et værelse uden gulvtæppe.
