Bathroom and room was impeccably clean

Good clean relatively quiet location. Not happy about bedding, 1 pillow and wafer thin cover on bed. Overall though very pleasant stay. Breakfast host very friendly, nice assortment and choice of food available

Everything was perfect

Everyone was extremely friendly, especially a shout out to Erich who served breakfast. This is a family run business. The room was very clean. I will definitely book it again.

Restaurant beside and lovely breakfast attendant Ge was fabulous and made our trip. Reception who booked us in was lovely but the manager was not so helpful

Location was great for visiting Munich. Just a short walk to UBahn 6 to the old city.

We stayed 4 nights before our tour began in Munich. It was during octoberfest and we found the hotel to be reasonably priced. The underground station was a short walk and very convenient to get into the square and central station.

We stayed at Hotel Santis for Oktoberfest, and it was great. Located within walking distance to transit and had food options nearby. Clean hotel and good breakfast.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice comfortable room and great breakfast. Excellent bar/restaurant next door (Krambambuli) which is part of the hotel. Easy walk (5-10 minutes) to Holzapfelkreuth U-Bahn station (line U6) and from there it's a short journey to Marienplatz.

The location of the hotel is very close to the U6 station, which is very convenient. Overall stay was good. The only downside is that the internet connection is terrible.

Reasonably priced, very good breakfast and friendly service.

Very nice hotel. The staff let us check in 2 hours early and gave good advise on dinner recommendations and the public transit system. The morning breakfast was more than adequate and the staff were friendly and attentive. The U Bahn station was about a 6 minute walk and easy to negotiate.

Very nice Hotel with awesome staff. The breakfast was amazing and the gentlemen in charge was superb. Great rooms, great location and we will definitely come back.

The staff is very friendly and supportive. The guy serving at the breakfast is super friendly and welcoming. I didn’t like the fact that they don’t have enough toiletries.
