The room is quite old, and the toilet wasn’t cleaned so well. Also, the water could not be changed to cold. I tried many times and told the staff to fix it, but they didn’t do anything.

Hotel staff is very nice, nice room, strategic location.

1. Checked in at almost 11 pm. The next day, the staff immediately called to check out at noon. So I booked another day because I hadn't stayed yet. 2. The staff asked for my IG in front of my room. I felt a bit unsafe. Is it really possible to do this? 3. The room rate is very expensive, but water and snacks in the room are charged extra for everything. It's very expensive. The room is really beautiful. At first, I was going to make it my favorite hotel and go there often. But after this incident, I started to feel unsure.

My room was 701. The bathroom mirror light didn't work. It was the main source of lighting so it was difficult to get ready. The main overhead shower didn't work either. It was overall grimy. Others people hair, smudges and smears on glass partioning, mirrors etc. Even the remote needed a wipe. The pool area has a weird vibe, it wasn't any fun lounging by the pool. Breakfast was only okay. I left early even though it booked wasn't refundable.
