This hotel is very basic and no value for money that I paid. There was no WiFi as it worked for few minutes. No hot water for shower. Cracked wash basin and unclean toilet. The bathroom floor was in painted in black but paint was worn out and looked very dirty. Pests were found in the bathroom. Only one towel was provided for three adults. Staff were amazing but they couldn’t manage due to poor amenities. Booked for two days and couldn’t stay for one day and moved to a different hotel and had to pay More money for late booking. Food was great and the staff too. Really sorry to leave these comments but these are my honest opinions and will never choose to stay in this hotel. Many thanks

Hotel is reasonably good with very good Customer service. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the filter coffee.,

The staff were extremely friendly and went out of the way to be helpful. The rooms were clean, well equipped and had all the standard amenities. The gym was adequate, as were the drinks available in the bar. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The crowning glory, however, are the staff, whether in the front office, restaurant, bar or housekeeping.

Very bad experience, the A/c was functioning and the water in bathrooms were not flowing well. The management did not care much on complaining. Below average food. Best to avoid this property at all costs

Had issues starting from room allocation. Expedia view of the rooms and hotel are totally different. Don’t trust both ;

The staff are very nice and helpful. However the property is looking very dated and I saw a cockroach in the bathroom on the ground floor.

Best hotel to stay in vellore

the stay was good and very courteous staff in the property. the food is also very good another great advantage is the 24 hour check in check out facility only difficulty that i noticed is the water in the washrooms are salty. i understand this is the issue all over TN, but a little care on that would be awesome

Staff was great! Rooms are big and comfortable . Supplied with everything one needs for a short stay . It’s a little Noise from the street traffic .

Not great hotel for the price I paid, very small room not comfortable at all.

Very good service. Staff is friendly and helpful, especially in the restaurant. Bathrooms condition could be better. Check-in was a bit delayed although we reached there well past the check-in time and room was still being cleaned. Convenient location but a lot of noise from the traffic, though that is a general feature of city.

Good overall

the hotel front desk made a mistake of an request from another guest and moved my room without my notice. I was shock to return to my room to see another man there. But the hotel manger was apologetic. Also I left my IPad in my room when I check out, they were good to return it to me at the front desk. good service.
