The room was clean and tidy with a complimentary breakfast. Will stay again

This is my go-to hotel when I am in Oshu. The onsen, breakfast, amenities and location are excellent for me. It would be nice to have a second pillow and slightly taller tables and chairs - I am 193 cm tall. - but that is just being picky.

Nice hotel with all the amenities. Service is good, breakfast included. Shopping mall across the street. Good tv, wifi, and self laundromat. Good size comfortable room. Would stay again.

This is an excellent new hotel with above average amenities that includes a public bath and self-serve washers and dryers.

Room is clean and comfortable. They also have a large bath room and it help me a lot.

Everything about the hotel was excellent. There is nothing I could suggest for improvement. I will definitely stay there again.

朝食おいしかったです 風呂(大浴場)も良かった

大浴場があり、気持ち良かった。 ロビーでのコーヒーサービスも良い。

禁煙での部屋を予約したが、どこかの手違いで喫煙ルームに、空き無しのため変更も不可能でした。ホテルの不手際ではないかもしれませんが、あんないされた部屋というよりエレベーターが開いた瞬間からそのフロアの異様なタバコ臭で滞在中、翌日仕事中と頭痛に悩まされました。時代的に、世界の潮流にあわせ屋内はすべて禁煙に踏み切った方が良いのではないかと感じました。

田舎なので致し方ないが、周辺の食事スポットが少なく、閉まるのも早い。ホテルの所為ではないですが。

無料の朝食もとても充実していて美味しかったさそ、人工温泉もあり旅の疲れも癒されました！

駅からは少しありますが、泊まるだけなら充分だと思います。大浴場は利用しなかったので次回行く際は利用したいと思いました。部屋のドライヤーは安っぽくて使いづらかったです。また、フロントの方が少し愛想が無かったのが残念でした。

コーヒーサービスが嬉しかった。ただお部屋が少し狭かった。

部屋はきれいで、臭いなどもない。駅からはやや遠いが、車なら、便利。目の前にコンビニがあるので便利。

良いスタッフ、清潔な部屋、静かな環境、目の前にコンビニ、食事も近くに沢山ありゆっくりと休めます。

ホテル周辺がとても静かで、ゆっくり滞在することができました。 また、向かいにセブンイレブンもあって必要なものはそこに買いに行けてとても便利でした！
