Hotel staff is friendly, rooms are nice, clean.

The electronic door to the room was broken and I couldn't get in. The room was dirty and the wifi was bad.

Strategic location near the mall so just get off

The service was great, I was allowed to check in early and there was no charge. The Wi-Fi was a bit slow, but otherwise the service was fine. The room was clean and had a connecting door directly to the mall next door. Since there's also a water park nearby, the kids won't get bored just sitting in their room.

Located next to the mall, it's just a short walk away if you need anything. Close to the city center. Food delivery is also very convenient.

I don't regret staying here, I got facilities like a 4-star hotel, with a spacious room with a sofa and a work desk.... If I may give some input, just provide a hair dryer and a tap for ablution, sis... Overall everything is cool, really okay 👍😊🥰🫰🏻

Very good hotel and service

The staff are friendly, the service is okay, but unfortunately when eating at the cafe, many of the menu items are empty, ordering a very sweet drink feels like drinking sugar, hopefully this can be improved in the future.

The coolest thing is getting a city view, with the bonus of getting a beautiful sunrise when you open your eyes.

The Sun Hotel is the best, next trip we will come back again and feel at home at The Sun.
