Not alot of choices for breakfast. Shower was either very hot or very cold. I had reserved for 2 queen beds and received what looked to me as 2 double beds. Was told they were queen beds....

Great staff! The room was clean. Great staff and food at the restaurant on site.

The room was COLD, as no heat was turned on, there was dirt under the bed and in the bathtub. The beds were double beds and not queen beds as was stated. The room was missing a tissue box. On the up side the staff were friendly.

Could not check in at check in time of 4 pm. Room was not ready. Most places are 3 pm check in time! Front end staff really were not concerned that patrons were being inconvenienced with the wait. Their attitude was oh well it is what it is.

I was very happy with everything

The only bane with this hotel was the shower head and tub faucet were always active when having a shower. With getting that minor convience out of the way, it was incredible. The view was great, historical structures, exploring and the people were all fantastic. I have no issues recommending this hotel in the future.

This hotel needs several upgrades...the hotel is very dated & the beds are extremely old and in bad shape & very uncomfortable. I've stayed 2 seperate times since August 2025, the first time I waited over 30 mins for my room to be ready and it was approx 5pm when I arrived & there was no towels in the room. The second time there was no shower curtain, the remote didn't work and the staff were unsure what to do as they stated that every room had a different TV.

Due to job loss was not able to stay or get a refund. Unfortunate, but not the hotels fault.

Accomodation was fairly plain, but linen and bathroom were clean. Restaurant is ok. Staff were excellent.

Nice large, clean rooms. Didn't really like the pillows!

Worn-out room with chipped paint, found old soap on bathroom floor and hair in sink.

Staff made us feel so welcome. Also, French and English were spoken. Loved it!

In our room the shower was horrible@ the bathroom needs updating!

We stayed for 3 nights, and when we first checked in there was no shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom and no cups for water or coffee. The fridge didn't work, and when we mentioned it to front desk we were given instructions on how to fix it ourselves imcluding moving the unit....surely a staff member should be doing that? No room cleaning available as we were told we were one of only two guests that weekend so they didn't schedule staff. Eventually got some housekeeping on 3rd day of stay after bringing issue to front desk. Overall a very very poor experience for the $550 we paid for 3 nights. This is a badly run facility and I dont recommend anyone else to stay here.

We stayed in 5 hotels, I would have to look it up to recall which one it was. It was our first one before going into Quebec
