The hotel itself was okay but the breakfast was terrible as was told we were last one down for breakfast and was offer eggs for a hit breakfast no coffee was avaliable as they didnt want to make another pot .

Visiting family in Reading so location was perfect. Plenty of parking and free of charge. Room was basic, clean apart from dust on bed frame and dressing table. Lovely clean white bed sheets and big white fluffy bath towels. Plug hole on sink and bath needed a good scrub. Reported to reception that the shower water was not flowing away very well and also when boiling the kettle steam was escaping onto the handle. Husband had breakfast, plenty of choice and good quality. We paid £55 in total including breakfast so this was good value for money.

It was very central to where we were going with lots of parking. The service was good and friendly.

This hotel is convenient because it's close to work, near the motorway and a couple of miles outside Reading - with good bus links if you need them.

Room was of a good standard clean, tidy and smelt fresh and airy. Bathroom was of a good standard just a bit cosy when you sit down.

Room and bathroom were clean. Car Park had plenty of spaces and felt safe and secure. The breakfast was really good in both the range on offer and the staff. Tom on reception gave us a friendly welcome and gave great customer service, so rare these days.

Staff where friendly and place was clean

I left my bag in my room by mistake and they knew I had done this but never called me. I got halfway home and realised, called up and they went yes it’s in reception. Poor communication.

Staff very nice and professional. Price ok. Walls are a bit thin between rooms. Mattress lumpy and needs to be replaced - I didn't sleep well at all.

As normal my room was clean and tidy, and staff polite as always, For the first time i had bottled water in my room which is a nice touch.

Excellent service by the breakfast ladies, offering a wide variety of breakfast options.

Room was nice, free water and snacks. Pillows and bed both good. Only bad things were the bathroom floor has fallen through so was sunk badly and the shower head desperately needs replacing.
