The fridge started to make noise in the middle of the night. I had to unplug it to sleep.

Breakfast started early - the food was hot if required, bagels and bread fresh, lots of choices. The hotel was generous with choices relating to breakfast. Coffee always made and found in the loby

Property was clean room a good size. Our key would not work a couple of times that we had to get staff. The shower was cold in the morning. There were a lot of hockey teams there they should’ve had enough warm water. Breakfast was fine just a normal that every hotel.

This is the only place you really wanna stay when you’re in Belleville. The place is new, the rooms are comfortable and the beds are perfect. Feels like home.

I was put in a handicap room and the shower apparatus wasn’t functioning properly so the first morning I ended up having a cold shower. I was contacted by the manager after reporting this and he said he’d have someone look at it. I was told it was repaired but on the second morning I couldn’t get it to work properly and ended up having another cold show. Unacceptable!

Wonderful stay, great customer service, clean rooms, the beds were very comfortable but the pillows were too soft. Just might want to bring your own. The breakfast was plentiful, and great coffee, but overall just an okay breakfast compared to others we have had at other hotels. Would still recommend and would return, the location was also great!

Clean room however do not stay on 3rd floor near ice machine. Extremely loud throughout the night.

Room was a good size, beds were comfortable. Updated but some signs of wear in our room. Breakfast in the morning and free parking were nice perks.

The room was spotless, the pool was warm and well-maintained. Breakfast ended at a civil hour and check-out did as well. A lovely, quiet stay. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
