WiFi was slow. Breakfast was limited

We have stayed in this hotel before, and it is ideal for a long layover from Calgary International Airport. The hotel has nice decor, and the standard of the rooms is exemplary. It has a nice bar and a good breakfast. The service was slow in the restaurant, but at least the food was hot and cooked to order. Oh, finally, the beds are super comfortable.

Dining/breakfast staff were amazing! Loved the rooftop pools and workout room.

Terrible front desk. Stood in line waaay too long. Only one attendant. Need more staff!!

Amazing place to stay for short or long term visits. The staff were extremely friendly, the service was top notch and the food at Tonic Kitchen and Bar was unreal. The amenities were easily accessible and very enjoyable. I would highly recommend staying here.

Good place

We are frequent guests over the years and it just keeps getting better !!! We love the expanded menu at the Tonic Restaurant. The chefs in the Tonic kitchen are extremely talented, the food is amazing. We were also delighted with the Sky Lounge on the third floor, adding to the lovely double hot tub, sun bathing area. Brilliant expansion especially for our next 4 day stay at the Applause.

The Staff at the Check in and At the Tonic Bar was Amazingly Friendly and Pleasant. I felt like it was my Home away from Home .I had the Korean Beef Tips for Dinner, The kitchen exceeded my expectations. The view on the rooftop would be better without the buildings but there's nothing you can do about that. Everything was Great! Can't wait to book again . 10 out of 10 i highly recommend.

Très satisfaites de notre séjour. Hotel confortable, propre. Déjeuner à la carte inclus, nous avions deux chambres pour 7 adultes et tous ont eu un déjeuner.

I’m friendly staff clean room

I stayed in a pet friendly room because I had my dog with me. The room was spacious, clean and had no odor. Easy accessibility to leave and enter the property with a a nice green space and dog park nearby to get a good walk-in. The restaurant has a good variety of tasty dishes and the breakfasts are more than satisfying.

Convenient shuttle to/from the airport. Great showers. Comfortable bed.

Good breakfast

The restaurant service was poor, no management to be seen. Complaint was not appropriately addressed. Don’t include breakfast costs in accommodations if you can’t service hotel guests.

Great hotel that we stayed at for one night as we arrived in a late flight and didn’t want to drive the distance to our next location. The shuttle was great and the hotel was even better! My kids asked if we could stay there again!
