Great breakfast

The staff was friendly. The room was clean. The restaurant food was really good. The hotel was too busy, too many guests. It felt so crowded.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was super nice and knowledgeable. The beach was literally 30 to 40 yards away from the hotel. Breakfast was great each day. And I will continue to stay there on my visits.

The breakfast was fresh (a buffeta of: rice, beans, plantains, fresh fruit (pineapple, watermelon, and papaya), eggs, chorizo, ham, potatoes and toast). The staff seemed nice and one of them used a translator on her phone to communicate in English with me upon arrival when I asked if I had a balcony with a view of the beach. It was a VERY small balcony just large enough to stand on and if I looked ALL the way to the right I could see the beach. Other than that I would look at an empty lot used for parking coach buses and a few cows. The doors to the balcony did not lock well at first until I realized that you must hold one side securely while forcing the other door into place and then forcing the lock down. The AC was not on when I walked in and the room was very hot and it took me a while to find the remote to turn on the unit because there were three remotes and the white one that I needed. Before I realized that I attempted to turn the unit on by using the controller on the wall which is inoperable. I began to call the front desk for assistance but the phone didn't actually work. There was no cover on the bed just a small sheet. But my main issue was the shower pressure that was non-existent and cold. I had one hot shower after complaining and the rest were cold and just a trickle of water. The shower also pointed in the wrong direction and got the floor wet.

We ate there twice. The first time, the ceviche was really bad, and the second time, the chifrijo we ordered was so awful we couldn't even eat it. We paid for it without any problem, but it was simply inedible.

It's a very nice property for it's location and overall no-frills stay. The pool is really nice and the property is right across the road from the ocean in a very quiet part of the town. The city center is about 9 km away but it's not bad if you have a car. The beach is really clean and no crowd at all.

El parqueo estaba cerca, la habitación si estaba bien limpiapero olía un poco a humedad lo que si estaba sucio era la piscina, no la pudimos utilizar porque tenia como una capa de grasa me imagino de los bloqueadores de sol de todas las personas que estaban ahípero si deberían limpiarla todos los días o utilizar algún producto paraque eso no pase porque se ve desagradable. El desayuno estaba muy rico y las personas que trabajan en el hotel tambien muy amables.El aire acondicionado si estaba funcionando muy bien.

I had a great time! The beach was just across the street from the hotel and had a nightly appointment with the spectacular sunsets. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The included breakfast was big and made to order. I just booked my return trip to Costa Rica and will be staying there for another 2 weeks. Can’t recommend it more than going to stay for a second time.

Staff was wonderful. Prepared our dinner for 9 people. Room was clean. Very convenient to the beach (short walk across the street)

Great location, pool is very relaxing and onsite restaurant is great if you don’t want to move around a lot.

Terrible hotel.

The room was clean. The restaurant staff was especially enjoyable. The only thing that would have been better is if the shower head was replaced invour room 301.

Just know that one building is better than the other

The staff was great, breakfast included was amazing and the restaurant onsite was a plus did not have to worry about lunch or dinner. Great access to the beach right across the street and the area was quiet.. The room was clean except a shower head that needed changing.
