Avoid this hotel if you care about cleanliness and value for money. RM320 per night for this? What a joke.
The moment I entered the room, I found multiple stains on the bedsheet. I don’t know whether they were blood or something else, but that’s not even the point. Hotel guests should never have to question whether the bedsheets were properly washed before being reused. This is a basic hygiene standard, yet this hotel failed miserably.
The curtains were filthy as well. Doesn’t housekeeping inspect the room before checking guests in? If these obvious stains can be seen immediately, it says a lot about the hotel’s cleaning standards.
To make matters worse, the TV was completely useless. No channels, just static. Seriously? This is 2025, not 1995. Even budget hotels provide working TV channels or Smart TVs where guests can log into Netflix or YouTube. A hotel charging RM320 per night can’t even provide a functioning TV.
The only thing this hotel seems to invest in is the swimming pool because everything else is far below expectations. A nice pool means nothing when the room itself feels neglected and unhygienic.
RM320 per night is daylight robbery for what was provided. I’ve stayed in much cheaper hotels with cleaner rooms, better facilities, and far superior service. This hotel seriously needs to rethink its housekeeping standards before charging premium rates.
I will never return, and I certainly won’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Don’t be fooled by the photos of the pool. Save your money and book somewhere else—you’ll almost certainly get much better value than this

Dear Guest,
Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We are genuinely sorry, this is far from the experience we want any guest to have, and the issues you've raised are serious ones that we take to heart.
We sincerely apologize for the stains you found on the bedsheet upon check-in. This should never happen, and it reflects a clear failure in our housekeeping and room inspection process before guest arrival. We are equally sorry about the condition of the curtains; both issues point to gaps in our pre-check-in inspections that we need to address urgently.
We also apologize for the TV not functioning properly during your stay. This is a basic amenity that should always be in working order, and we understand how frustrating it must have been, especially at the rate you paid.
We hear your concerns about value for money, and we recognize that comfort and hygiene should always come first, well before any amenity like the pool. Please accept our sincere apologies for falling short on this visit. We are taking your feedback seriously and will be reviewing our housekeeping and maintenance standards closely to ensure this does not happen again for future guests.
Warm regards,
Hamid Zaini
Executive Assistant Manager
