Everything was amazing! Was here for a work trip and traveled alone and felt very safe the property was very quiet, clean and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast wasn't that great but it was a variety of selections which was nice!

You need to update your beds very uncomfortable. Good breakfast.

This stay was embarrassingly bad. Front desk/ manager Lena is terribly over worked. Hotel is dirty and desperately in need of repair or to be torn down. Spa was conveniently closed for repairs. When requested two rooms moderately close to each other since we were traveling with another family the manager put us on to separate floors and insisted the entire hotel was sold out until August. A quick check online show this was not true at all and in fact there were multiple rooms available for that same night as well as the next.

Great place for the night. Breakfast was excellent!

Clean property and friendly service. The location was convenient and close to the airport, but neighboring strip clubs made me question the safety of walking off property. The business center and wifi didn't work.

Overpriced hotel no blackout curtains plus bed was facing window. Door always slammed loud but breakfast was good. Plus shower very slippery. Better hotels for the price.

This was a nice hotel to stay at. The rooms and common areas were clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. It is centrally located so it was easy to get to Scottsdale and ASU and the freeway.

When we were checking in there was no availability of King room which we paid for. But the hotel quickly upgraded us to a King bed suite.

We had a great stay, but the jets in the jacuzzi were not working. Other than that no complaints.

Hotel was in an awesome location. Rates were higher cause it was spring training. That was kinda a bummer. Donnie at the front desk rocked and worked his tail off. He was great. Answered ever text and always helped. The housekeeping staff was super nice and helpful.

Very nice in terms of room size, bed comfort, availability of refrigerator and so forth. Standard toiletries nd hair dryer. But it is near the airport and could use some more soundproofing

Comfortable bed, good breakfast, everything was clean and nice.

Beautiful room with the basic amenities like tv, WiFi, towels, etc. Free breakfast was a real plus!
