The hotel is easy to get to everywhere. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are also large. I booked a twin bed. Best hotel.

The location is a bit tucked away in an alley, but it's like finding a hidden gem. Parking is ample, and the interior is vintage yet well-equipped. There's a swimming pool and sports like billiards and chess. There's also a swing set that kids will love. The rooms are decorated like old-fashioned houses, with wooden ornaments reminiscent of grandma's house. It's simply cool.

We were delighted to stay at Kayu Arum. After a tiring road trip, staying here was one of our highlights in Salatiga. The hotel is beautiful, with lots of well-maintained and beautiful plants. It's also centrally located, saving us time on our travels to enjoy the very pleasant city of Salatiga. There's a gym and swimming pool, which are also open to the public. The building is colonial-style; we thought it was a renovated Dutch-era building, but it turned out to be a brand new one. So cool! We'll definitely stay here again if we ever visit Salatiga 🫶🏻✨

This place has become our favorite if we visit Salatiga next time. The ambiance and the comfort are memorable. The facilities are good. They have on-table chess, a swimming pool, billiards, and a gym with complete enough equipment.

At check-in, the staff wanted to take our luggage on a trolley. At check-out, the staff only wanted to carry our suitcases. We asked for a trolley because we had a lot of luggage, but the staff ignored us.

Good resort at Salatiga with classical Netherlands buildings from the 1900s era. Suggest booking during high seasons with other visitors staying at your buildings.
