Nice and comfy room. Has a bar at the rooftop for some cool down drinks after a long day. One of the "ok" place to stay in CDO.

I booked for my Mom. Here’s a breakdown of what she said: 1. They had no toothbrush and toothpaste available, I had to go out and buy me some even though I asked the front desk about it. Was hoping they would have he courtesy to offer me one since I already paid and they knew I was coming to stay 2. There was a heater available but no cups, coffees, and teas 3. No slippers were provided 4. Service was not the worst, but it was bad. Overall, for a 3 star hotel, I could say it was a waste of money. I suggest you opt for a better hotel that’s got a cheaper price

The room was ok. No basic needs provided in the rooms. No glasses, toothbrush, water heater. 6th floor bedroom is not soundproof, you can hear the music from the bar on the rooftop. Saw 3 small cockroaches inside the room. The staff however, were comestible. If it wasn't for the staff the stay would have been horrible

The frondesk has been incredibly nice and helpful and was very helpful in advice on what to do in the city. Hotel was very clean as well as the room. The breakfast was better than what I expected. Though I didn’t spend too much time in the hotel, other than sleeping but if left a great impression on me.

Due to its location, it's literally impossible to have a sound sleep - it was too noisy due to vehicles/motorcycles passing by and the nearby bar(s) even during the wee hours. As per the service, our room was in the 5th floor so we used the elevator which was extremely hot inside. Then when we arrived in the 5th floor hallway, it was too dark, not even a single lamp was lit along the hallway---we were actually the one looking for the switch to turn on the lights! Good thing we have our mobile phone handy that we used it as flashlight. Since it is a hotel, we were expecting a service personnel would lead us along the way or maybe even just make the hallway ready and the room as well..(not with red carpet but I think its fair enough to have the lights turned on??? But in our room, in fairness it was neat esp the bathroom and the bed sheets were of high quality. In the morning when we asked for breakfast in bed, we ordered around 7:30 and our food was delivered around 8:20 after we followed up 3 times via the reception. The lady jsut said, coming na po
