The staff is bright and friendly. The room is good. This time there are 20 to 30 mosquitos stung abnormally and crawling every day. Yes, there is a lot of rubbish deposited there behind the forest. Even when I use insecticidal spray, there is always a large number of mosquitoes generated every day. There are always a lot of mosquitoes crawling even when using the toilet, shower and wash basin. The door of the corridor is open and there is a forest, and there is a waste deposit there. We want you to install mosquito net and mosquito coil in the corridor door 🐱 The largest lours of the largest louds of the family fullers and groups in the same floor live in the major long-term stay, the intense smell of the cooked and cosine the cocoa and the pot in the room, the intense smell of the coiled and ginger and soy sauce is filled in the hotel. Water was sparkly the water cannot be used at all other guests, eating and water was poor and was filled with a billing. There were several basins on the number of dirty foods rubbishes. I was nauseous.☠️ They are ill-mannered & hotel staff no scoled at all, in the worst & annoying every day . 🐱🎸🎵

Smelly, noisy, tourist groups who have bad manners are always cooking in the room every day and they are offensive, unpleasant and annoying with smoke and smell 👎🙉 Use garlic and oil to make a stir-fry at midnight. A bad strong odor and smoke fill the room and l got a cough all days. And they all times wash many washing the waste to beat. The worst poor city. 🤒😡💩 They have been living for over a year ☠️ Since the staff here are not careful at all, it is possible to have barbecues, bonfires, fireworks, etc. In the room in the future. Even if it is okay everytime everything 😓😱😨 If I'm the owner, I will charge them more than 3 times more room and junk charges💩

The hotel is clean, comfortable and close to Pasar Seni, close to Maharajalela station and KL go bus. Recommended.

The price met my expectation. The only I don't like is the bedsheet. I think it should change to new one. They provided slipper and towel. Location is near to LRT pasar seni and street market. I will comeback here if I have work in KL.

Highly recommended for Indonesians who have just been to Malaysia, clean, okay and plenty of bathrooms, AC + fan + slippers. Plus humble receptionis and good handling complaints also tolerate good variety. Don't forget to prepare a RM50 deposit and a RM10😉 tax

Hotels with friendly prices but very comfortable.

A group of middle-aged men loudly wandered in the hallway and the window for a long time and made a loud noise every time and sputum was thrown out many times. I can hear the sound of hitting with a handkerchief from directly below the room. The receptionist suggested the room at 49 rm before. However again she persistently persisted with tourism tax 10rm including of 45rm again many times. But it was too late at all. Sheets were brown and smelly. A sweeping wife like a long primitive man seemed to be exhausted and exhausted by hysterically doing toilet shower and electric switch off many times. Towels are always full of smells of crotch and athlete's foot smell after smelling almost after others' use. Sheets and towels should be washed after washing with high concentration detergent or boiling water for a while by using detergent, bleach etc. sufficiently. Brown and smelly sheets and gray odor towels want you to check the smell before placing

A young lady always runs around the corridor in front of the room loudly and runs around and the voice echoes and it is noisy. A lot of spots on the toilet seat is left undamaged as it is leaking so very unpleasant.

I highly recommend this hotel in kuala lumpur, malaysia, Rainforest Hotel.. clean and comfy with affordable price and pinay receptionist, ate Irene Delos Reyes 😊 it feels like home 😍

The room is clean, the air conditioner is cold, there is a drinking water dispenser, yeah all right.

The rooms I rent for RM50 are not worth the room provided.

Located just few steps away from Petaling Street and Pasar Seni LRT station, i found this hotel very convenient. The staffs are friendly, shared bathrooms are clean, the single bedroom was not too fancy but quite comfy and i like how they provide water dispenser on the second floor so the guests may refill their own water bottle at any time for free. If you are fond of late night snacks, there are some fast food or street food stalls nearby still opening until around 11pm. I'd probably stay at Rain Forest if I come back to KL again someday. Thanks's a lot.

The hotel is clean, neat and staff are very helpful and lovely. The location is good, close to Pasar Seni metro station and monorail. I really appreciated the cleaning service, my room was cleaned daily, my towels changed everyday as well as the toiletries. There is a nice rooftop space to enjoy a coffee and water available for free at every floor. Very good value and recommended!

Always stay here everytime we come to Kuala Lumpur. Great location, budget friendly, clean and superb staff.

The place is accessible to trains and easy to locate! Room is comfortable and clean.
