Excelente Service, clean and secure hotel very nicely decorated. Their breakfast is free daily and awesome food.

The customer service wad very accurate and was not a good experience my room was very hot air-conditioned was not very good called front desk no answer very hot at night

At 6 am there was no hot water at all so we had to take a cold shower the wallpaper was ripped and by the elevator smell kind of funny

The room we got the restroom sink was clogged, no hand soap only bar soap, nothing else to offer. The breakfast was okay overall experience 7/10 I would try somewhere else.

Clean room, Good breakfast and easy parking access.

I did NOTlike that I had asked for one king size bed for my room. When I got there on 5/23/2026 all they said was that my room was no longer available. How could that be? They said “ your room has been given to someone else”. How could that be?? Then on Monday we went to the Buffet at around 9:30 we headed up to our room. A little after10 am electricity was off and so was the water. I had an appointment with the Juzgado that day. I should up to court Unbathed and hair a mess. I should be compensated for this horrible stay. Really the Hyatt? How does this happen?? Poor really bad
