Everything was good! Room really clean, staff courteous.

Se nos fue la luz, así que reservamos una habitación aquí a última hora. Este lugar es fantástico. El servicio es excelente, las habitaciones y el desayuno son excelentes. Incluso pusieron una cuna en la habitación para nuestro hijo de cuatro meses. Un ambiente muy tranquilo y acogedor. Volveremos. El desayuno estuvo delicioso.

Muy limpio y sencillo. El staff fue muy servicial y amable nos ayudó a altas huras de la niche a organizar nuestro tour del día siguiente ya que no teníamos nada programado y non queríamos perder la oportunidad. Muy contentos con el servicio.

This hotel is very nice. It's very simplistic, but everything and everyone here is kind. The food is fantastic. The only suggestion I would make is maybe having mini fridges in the room to keep the drinks cold. Other than that no complaints.

Last minute booking as our flight was delayed. The hotel was recommended by an airport worker. Check in was easy and the staff friendly. Room was a typical low budget motel, no frills but all the basics, including smart TV and refrigerator. King bed was comfortable however the bathroom & shower could have been cleaner. Also the curtains were so thin that anyone outside could see in once the lights were turned on. The hotel is well located in the center of town just short walk to the zocolo where we found delicious local food. We only stayed 1 night then back to the airport early next day. I recommend the Diverxo for a night if you have an early flight out/late arrival in. Other than that???

Great modern hotel in Tuxtla Gutierrez..and great value

Clean rooms and satisfying breakfast for the price we paid for the room. Hotel is on a busy street and the sound of traffic is loud.

Friendly staff, hot showers, steady internet, and quiet room.

It was close to everything around so we walked to the store, to restaurants, the mall, the park, the mercado, El Centro, etc...

This is a great option of a hotel when you are looking for a hotel for the night. It's a fantastic value for the price. Stable internet and hot showers are available! The only downside is the location, as there aren't a lot of dining options within walking distance. Arrangements can be made for taxi transportation to the airport. All the staff I interacted with were professional and friendly.

Great little place! The staff is super friendly. The breakfast was really good with plenty of food.

Lovely room. Did not use the airport shuttle because our plans changed. But it is a good thing to offer.

The location was not the greatest but for what we wanted to do it was find. Clean with a free breakfast was good for the price.

Hotel was clean and modern! Staff was very friendly and helpful. The parking was a nice plus! Loved the safe in the room. Fairly good internet. My old complaint was the hard beds :( Other than that it was wonderful!

Clean and bright, and great value. The wifi supports video chatting only in the lobby, and didn't get into our room (so I had to hold business meetings while kids were yelling in the background)

Excellent for the price and great ambience

We decided to stay overnight in Tuxtla before continuing to San Cristobal due to the Marimba Park event every Saturday. The hotel was great and easily reachable from the center, great property with a good restaurant in house.

A great modern hotel overall very good,but very much let down by extremely poor breakfast..all food looked unappetising and stale..you advertise 'continental breakfast'...that would have been good..just bread/jam etc..... rather than stale scrambled egg, inedible beans,and dried up empanadas..we just had coffee(poor) and ate elsewhere

The hotel is new, clean, beautiful and comfy. Would definitely recommend! The only problem (otherwise it would have been 5/5) is that there is only one waiter serving breakfast, so it is incredibly slow. The waiter is fast, polite and helpful, but he cannot do it alone, he needs help! You will need to wait 20-30m to get breakfast if you go after 8.30am
