Amazing view

The hotel is very stylish and staff is amiable. Nice hotel to stay.

Perfect for a relaxing weekend. Excellent secluded location, wonderful Zen style facility, and a young, well trained attentive staff. The quality of hotel guests are also excellent.

Overall this hotel was a disappointment. I really like Park Hyatt (espcially for their Le Labo product), and that was probably one of the only highlights of the trip...and maybe the wine which was decent. This hotel is quite large and spread across many buildings with very confusing hallways and little sinage to get around. In addition, the hallways are extremely hot with no air flow. My check-in process was not 5 star quality and when I got to my room the air con was not working. It took at least an hour to resolve by the time I called and got somoene to come and fix it. Not very fun for a hot summer night. The overall design of the hotel is nice, but it definiely caters toward local tourists and will be a disappointment for anyone used to the standards and overall experience of the amazing hotels and beaches in Thailand/Bali. The beach area for the Park Hyatt is private which is nice, but they will not let you walk very far on the beach and swimming is restricted to certain areas. Overall, I was looking for a relaxing weekend away and I left feeling even more stressed and frustrated.

环境美，设施好，SPA也很棒，泳池露天的很棒，健身房有点小器械也不是很多，桑拿开放的时间太短了…… 餐厅也不错，很美适合和朋友家人来放松度假，商务也合适。

酒店装修大气，奢华中式，所处的太阳湾沙滩很好，出去吃饭不是很方便，室外泳池不是恒温的，即使二十几度还是无法下水。

酒店设施优，服务品质极佳。总体感觉很好。

The receptionists are very helpful and considerate. They provide you all the necessary info you will need during your stay. Also, they guided you to your rooms in person in case you get lost! Food served in the hotel is a lot better than other hotels in Sanya. It was a pleasant stay overall.

酒店大气雅致有味道，无论硬件软件都是三亚数一数二的代表，目前为止都是我到三亚的首选。

西餐厅边的厕所非常臭！非常臭！非常臭！不止一天！不该发生在这样星级的酒店！

非常有氛围的酒店，超大的无边泳池，很惬意很安静，特别适合休闲、发呆

酒店的景色很美，而且在十一期间客人并不太多，这正是我们事先所期待的，酒店的工作人员都很热情，会设身处地为客人着想。其中有一位工作人员见我妈妈一个人，还主动为她拍照了一个多小时，要着重表扬一下。而且酒店的餐非常好吃，推荐虾饺和文昌鸡。
