Staff was friendly and helpful! Our AC in our room wasn’t working the best, and

the property was clean and new.

I stayed at the Sandman Hotel Oakville for a recent business trip, and unfortunately, it did not meet the standards required for a work trip. The room was not thoroughly cleaned. When traveling for business, a clean, reliable, and well-maintained environment is essential for unwinding and prepping for the next day. While the hotel’s location is convenient and the front desk staff were pleasant, the sub-par upkeep and housekeeping issues heavily detracted from the stay. Management needs to step up their quality control. I will likely look for alternative accommodations on my next trip to the area

There is something sharp in the carpet just before you enter the bathroom. Not sure what it was.

We had a great stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very comfortable and clean and spacious. Good location. Would highly recommend staying here.
