A fabulous appartment for a family of 5. We loved the pool and the balcony.

I love the location and the room layout.

Staff was exceptional- very helpful and patient. We had a large group with several children and they made sure to help in any way they could.

Amazing stay. We loved it and they got us in early when we arrived after a cruise and let us check out 30 minutes late when we were running behind. Close to so many things and subway stations.

It was nice but a lot to pay for an average hotel imo. City centre hotels are not cheap but £600 per night is stretching it for this place. Supply and demand!

Super friendly and helpful staff. While we didn’t really use it, it was nice to find the lovely kitchen. Great location. Rooms were exceptionally quiet. Thanks again

Great location, friendly staff, clean rooms, well equipped kitchen, lovely pool and hot tub (plus gym, sauna and steam room - though we didn't use these!)

Overall was good, spacious, clean, comfortable, and good staff. walkable to everywhere nearby. Plenty of restaurants, grocery.

Staff make the hotel top notch. We love having a kitchenette, laundry and spacious units. This is our second stay, and we’re booked for another one. Easily a great stay, location is convenient and close to shops and great dining.

Very nice large apartment like hotel with full kitchen

Nice extra large suite, very good location. Our issue with this place was that we had a reservation for 4 people and everything was set up for 2. We had to call the front desk for blankets, pillows, towels, shampoo (and other amenities) for the 4 of us. We had to prepare the sofa bed for the other 2 people, too.

The property is clean and huge, dully functional. Location is great and nearby restaurants and walkable to train station. The only issue is lifts were broken and only 1 is working causing soem delays whole day with visitors traffic amd housekeeping carts.

Our stay was amazing beautiful motel in the heart of town was great. Little more instruction on how to use the elevator would of been helpful for us gray hairs.

Great experience

The amenities are great at this property, especially the gym and pool area. I appreciate that it’s Vancouver so you can’t expect very spacious rooms but the rooms here are smaller than usual for a Vancouver hotel. The cleanliness is also questionable as the curtains in my room had very suspicious stains on them 6 inches away from the bed. The customer service is also very slow. I had booked a room for three staff and only got towels for two. I called multiple times and it took over 1.5 hours to get it.
