I ordered a hotel room through online in Hong Kong skycity hotel for four nights, the hotel was two star but when I arrived at the skycity I was put in a skyrak hotel which was only one star, how was this ??

Clean, even though the rooms are small, check in / out is not difficult, can speak English, in the center of the crowd, it's easy to go anywhere, near the station, easy to find food.

The room in the photos and the reality is very very different. And the room maybe only 2x1,5 meter. The room very not ergonomic and the price are to expensive for that small room. The price between holiday inn and this hotel are 500 hongkong dollar but the facilities are very different. I suggest all the people who wants to book this hotel to check others first before go to this hotel. This is the worst hotel i've ever been booked.

Order early in skycity hotel, but transferred to venus hotel (the information is still the same owner) venus hotel in nice, complete hot water even hair dryer even if from very small size, but it's ok, in overall quite satisfactory and in accordance with price which is offered.

Skycity is inside Chungking Mansions, near to many great places, such as, Harbour City, Mong Kok, and etc. The staff are great and helpful. The room is clean. The hot shower is great. But, the lift is not great for its small space inside and I have to wait for it, sometimes, in the long queue. At first, I am quite afraid seeing a lot of people surrounded but it's supersafe since every lift has a security. Staying here means it's easy to reach many places -- both by bus and MRT. Overall, it's great.

Simply clean with full facilities, including wifi fast enough, though size room for 4 people is quite small (typically Hongkong).
