The staff is friendly, the hotel is right in Surken, and the rooms are large. The breakfast is the best. It's delicious and has a lot of variety.

Will be back again soon! Yes, my family and I love to stay here (so in love with their breakfast, so yummy!). Close to Surken's viral food spots. To go to Roti Venus, just go straight towards Jalan Raya Padjajaran. Near the hotel, you can hang out at Fanaticoffee.

The location is indeed the best, right in the culinary center. The room's soundproofing needs improvement; noise from the corridor and neighboring rooms is very audible. There's too little storage space on the vanity counter.

First time staying here, the room is neat, clean, fragrant, the staff are friendly, kind, and all alert. The hotel is also nice, very close to Sarken culinary. The breakfast is varied too, the only suggestion is that the tree branches near the swimming pool should be swept frequently because yesterday my child had an incident where he was slightly hit by the thorns of the branch and fell into a corner, but luckily the pool guard and other staff were quick to help so it was resolved so it didn't hurt anymore. But overall everything is okay.
