Friendly and enthusiastic staff. Room ok, however the swimming pool is under maintenance and not working, which is quite a pity. Will come back soon.

Wonder trip during December of 2023. I have stayed here for 3 nights and the experience was great.

The room is spacious, the view is beautiful, but the guests are few, the whole floor only has the mother and daughter's room, so it's a bit scary. The corridor is dark especially the entrance to the bar on the 23rd floor. Moreover, the restaurant only serves until 5 pm, the rooftop bar only has fast food, so it is a bit inconvenient for guests, perhaps due to the small number of guests staying, so the hotel If you have a cost-saving plan, the breakfast menu is also relatively small. The staff are very enthusiastic and cute.

Room service is quite new and clean. Appreciate for a satisfying breakfast. Staff cheerful and enthusiastic. In addition, there are cases where the power is turned off, then I count within 10 that there is electricity back to standard hotel.
