The hotel in general was good. All the staff were helpful and welcoming with one exception. A lady was incredibly rude every time we ordered a drink in the evening. Very close to the lifts and good overall ski facilities

Great location. Friendly staff. Amazing view from room. Good breakfast - but note you have to sit at a designated table. Hotel a little tired. One thing we didn’t like was the “open plan” bathroom.

Awesome half-board dinner.

We loved the hotel, great rooms, changed to a north facing one without any problem because of the noise of revelers on our room side. All nothing a problem atall would definitely return.

Miguel started off with a wonderful welcome at the Front Desk. The location was perfect for walking around the village and for walking access to the lifts. The complimentary spa with foot soaking baths was phenomenal after an all day tour of the mountain via snowboarding! I highly recommend this place!

Gerenoveerde kamer, schoon en netjes. Wel veel bedrijven die het hotel bezochten met een grote groep, was nogal luidruchtig. Eten was prima.

Das Zimmer war ok und das Hotel insgesamt auch, aber ich bin nicht der Party Freak, mit all den Pisten Bars am Hotel dran.

Empfang war professionell, Zimmer war groß, sauber und sehr gemütlich, Essen war gut, Service war herzlich unkoordiniert ;)

Personal top, Küche und Parkplatzsituation miserabel. frühstücksbrötchen sind eine Zumutung

Das freundliche Personal, der Ausblick auf den Balkon und die Netzverbindungen von Bahn. Bus und Leilbahn.

鍵を開けると先客がいて、次のチェンジした部屋にも先客がいて、3回目に案内された部屋は工事中のフロアの1室で、他リノベの最中。物置状態の中に宿泊。割引も謝る事なく偉そうなオーナーの態度に気分悪くなりました。日本では考えられない待遇でした。そんな事がなければ良いと思います。

Zimmer und Personal hervorragend! Da wir bereits zum dritten mal in diesem Hotel waren mussten wir leider feststellen dass das Abendessen nicht mehr mit der Qualität und Auswahl wie in den beiden Vorjahren punktet

Het is een goed hotel, nette bediening leuk gelegen, goed ontbijt vriendelijk en goed familiehotel.

Hotel was ok, but not exceptional.
