Overall enjoyed my stay. Walking distance to bus station, Makro, Lotus, Central shopping centre, so good for me.

Staff are great and the location is handy for me. I can see the sunset and sunrise from the room. Pet hates dirty windows and there are so many stains on the duvet cover. The cleaning lady keeps moving stuff and today took out my card, so the room was boiling hot when I came back less than 1 hour later. The AC machine is very old and takes ages to cool the room if the key is not left in. I don't use towels and initially put them deep into the cupboard. She moved them and put them on the bed. The cloth on the floor too. Each day I would hide them and she would search and do the same thing. It never happened anywhere else and it drove me bonkers. Did not fill the tissue box up much either. Also, I opened the curtains one way, and some days they would be changed. A pet hate of mine for someone to change the way I set up my accommodation. It is a comfortable place to stay as it has a sizable room with a working fridge.

The room is spacious and clean, and the air conditioning works great. I've stayed there many times, but the only issue is that the AC unit tends to leak water.

Overall, it's okay. The location is good, but the lighting in the room isn't very bright. There should also be a place to put soap in the shower.

The room was very clean.... It was the cleanest hotel room I've ever stayed in. The staff were all friendly. The hotel is located close to the ASEAN Night Market and Greenway, just a short walk away. It's also close to Central Hatyai Mall.

The room is clean but not soundproof enough. If you get a room next to the elevator, when someone speaks loudly when getting out of the elevator, you will be able to hear it very clearly. If you are a light sleeper, it might be recommended to bring earplugs. If you are a light sleeper, it won't be a problem. The room is spacious and clean, but the bathroom might have some standing water or overflowing water because the shower area's drainage system cannot drain fast enough, causing water to overflow into the toilet frame and toothbrush basin, making the floor wet. It takes a long time to dry. The staff provides good service. The hotel area is clean. There is parking under the hotel for about 10 cars +-. The hotel is not far from Central Hat Yai. There is a Wasim fried chicken restaurant not far away, you can walk to buy it. There are 2 free 500 ML bottles of water in the room per night. There is a hair dryer. There is no toothbrush or toothpaste (as usual). There is shampoo, soap, shower cap, towel, and hangers.

Spacious & clean room. Strong water pressure. Worth the price, only there will be an extra charge of 100thb/pax for more than one child

The staff were actually friendly and helpful. However, the room is not cleaniness. And not provide the iron for us that stay for long.
