The rooms were spotless, neat, and very well maintained. Hospitality throughout the stay was superb and truly top notch. Despite the hotel being very busy, they still managed to offer a welcome drink on arrival and a small gift at checkout, which was a thoughtful gesture. Overall, it's a great hotel with excellent food and Hospitality. The buffet was absolutely awesome, especially for those who love authentic Kerala cuisine. Traditional dishes like kanji, palkanji, and kappa were served alongside a wide variety of Continental and Chinese items, making the spread truly impressive. However, the lunch we ordered to our room did not meet the same standards and was somewhat disappointing compared to the buffet experience.

We Had come to celebrate valentine's day at kochi Marriott, and it was my 1st time staying in this hotel and had a Great time. Ms Insha from guest relations was very friendly since beginning and helpful throughout our stay. And We're really thankful for the good experience from kochi marriott. Room services and Valet Parking facilities matched the Price paid. Hope we'll come back soon. Highly Recommended !!

Great hotel next to a fun mall. Not the most touristy part of Koch, but still a quick and cheap uber ride anywhere. But what really stands out is the staff: the rooms are kept sparkling and well stocked with bottled water (sorry house cleaning staff I didn't get your names), and the fist floor restaurant food is awesome (a super big shout out to chef Bijwa as well as the servers Suda, Sunil, Praya, Chongneng, Sagar, Thaigar, etc). When we come back to Kochi, we will definitely stay here because of the great quality and awesome staff!

It was a great experience. The staff was attentive and welcoming. The room was spotless, with all facilities. And most importantly " dining at Four points was an exceptional experience. All recipes were perfectly seasoned and presented beautifully. Chef Vishnu and team well-done and keep the same spirit. Thank you

Cleanest, and neatest Mariott I have visited. The restaurant team is top notch. The chai and the filter coffee we tried were perfect, and especially the breakfast selection. Dinner also was quite delicious and varied, special mention to the waiters Sony, and Thahir and for the manager John who worked to ensure our visit was seamless. This is the first time that I feel sad to leave a hotel, this place is truly excellent, safe, and close proximity to the mall (by golf car). Thank you to all.
