The property was going through a remodel/construction project. The restaurant/bar area was nice. The pool wasn't as big as expected based on the pictures; more than two couples in the pool felt crowded. Outside of that, the room was nice. The view was perfect. The staff was amazing.

We enjoyed our stay at Tropical Suites. The staff was wonderful, very attentive and responsive. Our room was very nice and the bed was great. I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Our stay was extremely disappointing. The hotel failed to disclose that there was major remodeling and construction taking place right next door. The constant noise was unbearable and made it nearly impossible to sleep. Even trying to relax by the pool was impossible because the construction noise continued throughout the day. We reported the issue to the hotel management, but they made no meaningful effort to resolve the situation or offer an alternative. Had we known about the construction in advance, we would have chosen a different hotel. This was, without question, the worst hotel experience of my life. I cannot recommend staying here until the construction is complete and the hotel is transparent with guests about these conditions.

What a great spot! The food I ate at the restaurant was the best I had my whole time in Bocas. Fabulous view, great little pool and bar, incredibly friendly staff. Beautiful rooms. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Very nice room with private patio. But it overlooks the Main Street behind the plant wall, so it can get loud and lively at night.

Room was clean. Food at the restaurant was great and overall no complaints.

Pool is awesome

Nice pool area, great location, great food

Kitchen was sparse. No coffee maker only espresso machine. We enjoyed our stay. Slept great. Papaya restaurant nearby was our favorite. Staff in Merlin restaurant below the hotel was always friendly and greeted us with a wave and smile but never came over to take our order so on three different occasions we got up and went somewhere else. Is there a cultural thing we’re missing here ?

We had the penthouse which had a beautiful view of the ocean. Loved having the comfort of an apartment with the convenience of a hotel. Staff were very nice and the food at the restaurant was delicious. We recommended it to people we met that were not staying at the hotel. We especially loved the fish and the "live cooking" pasta. The only negative was that there were not a lot of pool chairs so they filled up quickly but that makes sense for the size of the hotel. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

The hotel was ok. The service in the restaurant and overall had a lot to desire. The price we payed definitely did NOT much the service provided. The breakfast was very limited in options and whatever you ordered extra (even if it was literally a slice of avocado) they made us pay extra. Didn’t know what to expect but definitely disappointing

Beautiful pool. Room was clean and bathroom was spacious. Restaurant menu was healthy options and nice cocktails. Service was sometimes slow but overall the experience was good

Tropical Suits has bed bugs, and the staff did nothing to resolve the problem. They repeatedly told us that they spray Lysol. What a joke! 200.00 a night for nothing.
