Great location and room for a night

Hotel is ok. Definitely not worth the price. Restaurant service and food was horrible I will never eat their again

The place is great and the location is unmatched, but if you are staying in one of the rooms that have a window to the church you will wake up at 7am at the latest everyday.

It was perfect for a stay!

Enjoyed our stay at Casa Mateo. Rooms were clean, staff was attentive, in a very walkable location, and staff was more than happy to arrange any transportation we needed. I would stay here again.

There is no Hotel at the address that was provided to me on the email with the confirmation number, and the money was taking out of my account, so disappointed with the website offering something that does not exist!!

Very close to the hike and centro

La señal de wifi era muy mala en la habitación, prácticamente nula. El restaurante abre hasta las 8:30 am.

Beautiful area, friendly staff.

The stay was great but there are some details that I would like to mention, the first one, I does not have facilities handicap friendly, I mean if you have a wheelchair there are no ramps. The other detail is that at least in room 4 the odor of the restroom is awful, because of the sewer system

Just a very nice place and felt welcomed!

1. Staff not very friendly. 2. There's no control whatsoever in entering or leaving the hotel. 3. You have to get off your car in order to let them know you have arrived and then they (manually) open the gate. 4. Swimming pool not very clean. 5. There were water leaks from the roof. 6. No A/C in the room. 7. Restaurant very expensive, for just "OK" food. 8. I'm 6'2, I was hitting my head very often with underachieved remodeling. Wouldn't stay there again. Better save some money and get what you pay than pay extra and get rubbish in return.

too expensive for ok service, at night there is live music at the Terrace to loud to sleep, family suite does not have air-conditioning, I stayed in five different hotels on my 13 day trip this one was the most expensive hotel and one of my least favorite hotel

This is a beautiful hotel in a great location. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Views are wonderful. My only issue Is the service in the restaurant and the quality of the food. It just doesn’t match the hotel. I would stay at this hotel again, but I would not eat there.

It did not include breakfast as stated in Expedia. Service in restaurant very slow and food disappointing.
