The mattress was a bit hard so it made sleeping uncomfortable and there were broken glass pieces in the mattress.

I'm so glad to stay in Amaris Malang... however, it's not particularly soundproof. So I can still hear the sounds of vehicles outside, especially motorcycles, police cars, and ambulances. But overall, it's okay 🫶🏻

There's also a water dispenser in the hallway, a practical and convenient facility for guests. Strikingly, the hotel's hallways are designed with a semi-open space concept, making them feel cooler, airier, and less stuffy. The spacious feel even lends a touch of luxury not often found in hotels of this class. The breakfast menu offers a wide selection and is delicious, providing a pleasant start to the day. It's worth noting that the bathroom lacks a divider, such as a curtain or glass, between the shower area and the dry area, allowing water to easily splash into the bathroom, which should remain dry. However, this isn't a major issue during your stay. However, improvements or additions to the divider would certainly be a welcome addition for guest comfort. The hotel staff was friendly, the room was a bit dirty, there was a lot of hair on the floor, bed, bathroom, window glass was dirty, the AC was leaking when I woke up and wanted to go to the bathroom, I slipped because of the AC water.

The hotel is not too big, but for a business trip it is enough to rest and relieve fatigue.

The hotel is comfortable but noisy, the rooms are not soundproof, the sound from the side and upper rooms can be heard, not to mention the sound of passing vehicles because it is located on the side of the main road, but the staff are friendly, the food is quite good even though the variety is not much, the price of food in the restaurant is also affordable, the downside is that coffee, tea and friends are not provided in the room, so if you can't have tea or coffee in the room, or make popmie if you are hungry in the middle of the night.
