My family had a wonderful and warm holiday here! This will definitely be our family's next place to stay in Da Lat.

The space is cool and pleasant. The flower garden is a bit cheesy, but acceptable.

It's truly a relaxing place, with such a quiet and fresh atmosphere. The restaurant serves pretty good food, and the staff are enthusiastic and friendly. The only downside is that there were cockroaches and bugs in the room.

Everything is fine, but because there are so many trees, there will be a lot of insects.

The service and amenities were quite good, the food was diverse and varied, and the space was great for a vacation. The downsides: there's an extra charge for children accompanying their parents, and the soundproofing is terrible. My family was staying at the same time as 2-3 other families with young children, so it was very noisy and we couldn't sleep. The room cleanliness wasn't great either; it was still damp and had an unpleasant smell.

A wonderful vacation experience, lush greenery, fresh air, everything is perfect. I love this place.

The rooms are beautiful and the space is suitable for relaxation; however, the resort did not invest in or pay attention to the amenities.

I arrived early before check-in time, but the reception staff were very cheerful and friendly, helping me check in early at 45% off the room rate and including breakfast. The resort is also beautiful, with spacious grounds; I could take countless photos.

My family had a wonderful 3-day, 2-night stay at Terracotta. Everything from the staff and room cleanliness to the food was great. It's perfect for family trips, and the spacious grounds with a playground made it a hit with the kids.

My family came back every year after having my wedding here in 2023, the service has been improved very much and we thoroughly enjoyed the upgrades of outdoor seating and staff services. Really beautiful resort just to chill out with friends and fam. I would have enjoyed it more if the villas would allow pets, my pups would absolutely love it here.

Everything would be great if it weren't for the group of male and female guests in the room next to mine who were partying until midnight every night (playing cards, playing loud music, shouting, etc.). Out of three nights, I called the reception desk twice to ask them to intervene and deal with the noise and chaos caused by that group. I found the soundproofing of the hotel to be poor, but I was very satisfied with everything else.

The rooms were run-down, the toilet smelled terrible, like sewage, which prevented me from sleeping all night. The soundproofing was poor. The refrigerator wasn't cold enough to store breast milk for my baby. Otherwise, the staff were very helpful.

I love resorts in the Tuyen Lam Lake area and often stay there. However, this is my first time here and I'm really impressed. I will definitely come back and stay longer in the future.

Nice view, breakfast is not too excellent but it is okay. The hotel has a restaurant for dinner, delicious food, reasonable price. Will come back next time.
