The staff were excellent. Restaurant was great. But, No provision to make a coffee in the room or on the premises was annoying as it was very difficult to find anything open in the village to get a coffee. Shower head was stable and water flooded the floor. Also, most of the people in the hotel were elderly and getting over a steep bath to have a shower is a health hazard.

Charming property for Christmas. Would stay again!

The staff were EXCEPTIONAL! They were so accommodating. They helped us warming up our food. Very responsive and polite. We came for one night and ended up staying 3 nights since it was such great service. The hotel is quaint. It’s an older hotel but they have done a great job of keeping it up. We loved seeing the town and surrounding areas and would definitely visit again.

Bel hôtel magnifique avec personnel gentil et poli. Le sauna et la piscine aident à se détendre, l'essentiel est de retourner à l'hôtel avant sa fermeture à 22 h. La douche était juste à l'intérieur de la chambre. Le petit déjeuner était bon. L’ancienne salle à manger est belle, comme tout autour. Nous sommes satisfaits de cet hôtel.

Front desk staff were excellent. Dining room (bistro) staff made for a shockingly comical visit. Over half an hour of being ignored. Got a bottle of wine … finished half of it before our food order was given by me to them (they were standing around the bar waiting for something to happen) - I had to get up, go over and tell them (5 of them) what we wanted. Interesting location - not in the centre of Alsace wine area but convenient to use as a base if you have a car. Parking - across street on an (occasionally) busy corner.

The hotel and staff were excellent when we arrived. We'd had a long drive and we're looking forward to a good rest. Unfortunately our room was incredibly hot but luckily our very efficient reception gentleman reroomed us All in all a good stay. Morning staff a little miserable. Would recommend though

Lovely welcoming hotel. Staff very helpful. The pool was lovely and very clean. Quiet town but we used the bistro next to hotel and food was amazing. Breakfast was lovely, typical French style but plenty of choice. Bread and croissants we left out in reception for customers to help themselves during the day. Was very handy as we skipped lunch and was going for an early evening meal but the Bistro didn't open till 7, so a bit of bread and a croissant filled the gap. Would definitely use again when we are in the area.

The hotel was fine for the privé. Start was Nice! The Beds were terrible!

Old school hotel in a charming village. Great service. Comfortable bed, large bathroom. Would stay there again.

Stayed here many times. Great place to stay if the location suits you. Has a Michelin star hotel and a normal restaurant in the same premises !

Lovely stay on a family trip through europe. Attractive bedroom with everything you need, good dining room but difficult to communicate as we did,t speak much French! Lovely pool and spa and outside dining area was good

Stay was enjoyable and as advertised overall a pleasant experience

There was no hot water in the hotel. I complained twice but it did not help.
