The room bookings were not correct. Room was advertised as dog friendly and upon arrival was informed it was not making us keep the dogs in the car. The stay was average with the highlights being the beach access and views. Staff was friendly

Beautiful spot!

Its a slice of heaven!!!

The view was incredible. Nice clean, comfortable, modern room.

The hotel was conveniently located and our room was beyond expectations. There was a “second bedroom” which was wonderful traveling with kids. Our view overlooked the Pacific Ocean; it was great falling asleep to waves. The only negative is that there is no food options on the premises, no coffee in the lobby (our coffee maker didn’t work). I would stay here again with no hesitation.

The bed was very comfortable and the jacuzzi tub was great, but the shower had not been cleaned and there was visible mold.

Our stay was 3 nights, leaving on the 4th day. In that time, our "touch key card" for the door did not work once the first day, twice the 2nd day, and once again on the 3rd day. To had to continue to go back to the office to get the cards reconfigured and that was not okay. We had 2 small dogs which we used the pet area every day and picked up after them (we had our own bags luckily). The first day the poop bag container at the pet area did not have bags and I mentioned it while in the office. The first clerk said he would go out right away and fill it. We visited the area again the next day but yet again, poop bag box was empty. Mentioned it to the next clerk and he opened up a box full of bags and gave me several. But still in spite of the box he produced full of poop bags, those could not seem to get out to the pet area and into the bag container. Cleanliness of the room was fine although bathroom fan in this room did not work. Not sure who was above us, but last 2 nights someone had to move furniture between 9-11pm across the wood floor. TV remote was missing back part but office was not too concerned.

Has one of the best views on the coast and is reasonably priced. Is undergoing renovation at the moment but that didn't bother us. Needs to have better signage on the highway; is hard to find!

The property is very run down and in need of maintenance. The restaurant and bar are permanently closed. The room was ok and clean but some furniture was in such poor shape a thrift store wouldn’t sell it. We had terrible neighbors the first night - screaming, cussing, fighting, slamming doors and we were repeatedly woken up. There is so staff on between 10 pm - 8 am so we couldn’t contact anyone until morning. The noisy neighbors left at 6 am and set off some alarm which continued for an hour and a half before staff could shut it off.

Very very nice people and I love this view! The hotel staff are always pleasant.

Great ocean view. Older building but updated nicely. Didnt go in the "heated" pool as the water felt too cold.

Things broke when I told staff I was told this is a on going thing and I told staff how dirty my room was I was told that’s how thing where I asked for a refund and was told no I had to deal with it

I couldn’t have enjoyed it more! At check-in we were informed that the property would soon be demolished and rebuilt from the ground up. The restaurant, bar and hottub were already closed permanently- a fact we were told when we made the reservation, so no surprises. The room was beautifully clean, comfortable great mattress, soft linens, jetted tub, unbelievable view from the bed and the balcony. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was a large choice of free DVDs for the player in the room. The hotel is adjacent to Fogarty Creek state park/beach - one of Oregon’s best. If you can get past the need for paint and older furniture, it really was a fantastic experience. I hope we can afford to return to the new property when it’s built.

Many broken items- lights, sink. Its going to be a teardown soon but the rooms/views are great, but very neglected. Check in person was great.

The property is run down. They do say they are going to be demolishing “soon”, but updates, thorough cleaning, safety measures, and grounds need to be definitely maintained if they are operating.

The property was a little older than expected. The front desk staff was amazing. Very personable and welcoming. The location was great too easy beach access.

Spectacular view! A deck overlooking the beach. It was very clean, but the smell of artificially scented cleaning products was overwhelming. A few hours of airing the room helped. Property is being closed soon for overall remodel. Restaurant and hot tub closed. Pool is open. Very pleasant service, nice room, beds and linens. Exceptional value. The price may go up significantly after the remodel.
