Overall, I had a pleasant 3D/2N stay here. The staff was friendly and quite responsive to room service and complaints. The room was spacious and quite clean (just a lot of small ants, and the upstairs room was very noisy from afternoon to night, like chairs/props being moved around). Complete facilities include a semi-outdoor swimming pool, fitness center, and a lounge that can also be used for entertainment.

Experience during a 2 day 1 night stay. Pros: -Cold AC -Clean room -Complete bathroom equipment -There is a refill of drinking water -Complete with a cooler bag, hair dryer, and safe -Many and delicious food variations. Cons: -The toilet does not have a shower, so it feels like it is lacking if you want to relieve yourself. -The type of shower faucet only has 1 opening, namely the shower, it would be better if there were 2 water openings (shower and ablution faucet)

Please add more children's food to the breakfast menu, and the egg corner staff are not very friendly and don't want to listen to guest requests.

Staff service, good and clean facilities

From the moment I walked into the room, I was genuinely impressed. Although the listing mentioned a 30 m² space, it felt even more spacious than expected. The smart furniture arrangement and bright, cheerful color scheme really make the room feel open and comfortable. I also really appreciated that they provided a guling (bolster pillow), which is an essential comfort for many Indonesians but not something every hotel offers. I truly enjoyed my stay and would absolutely choose this hotel again in the future. Thank you for the wonderful experience! 😊

Comfortable room conditions, complete facilities and in the center of Bandung city

The bed was clean, the bathtub was clean, the mugs were a bit dirty, and the water refills weren't new bottles. However, the check-in process took too long, requiring paperwork, and the queue was very long. Parking was also difficult because the building was next to the apartment. The pool was cold, so it was very cold in the afternoon, plus the wind was strong at the top.

Nice locations! Near to a lot of cafes and restaurants! Only around 20-30 minutes from the train station by car. And the staff are the best! Very friendly and fast workers, a very recommended hotel with a budget.

Stayed in a suite room... I didn't expect to get such a spacious room at such an affordable price... There are 2 bathrooms... The staff are so friendly that they even asked for extra blankets and pillows without any additional charge.... Breakfast is also okay... The menu is varied... The room is clean... And in my opinion, it's the only hotel that provides pillows... The swimming pool is also quite big.... Very satisfied
