Staff was really nice, great location very close to the train station. We had a panic from the earthquake aftershocks (it was our first time experiencing it.) And the staff calmed us down. There is a small lounge (?) to sit and it's really cozy. Overall really nice.

Pro: Good location, about 5 mins walk from Taipei main station. The room is pretty clean. Cons: The place is poorly maintained. Bathroom floor is a bit slippery, no separator between shower and dry area. Blanket size is too small. They don't have airport shuttle service as stated in the hotel details. They also cannot help to book taxi or uber.

Smell in the toilet is not quite good, lot of dust around the bed. The rest is OK.

Accommodation near the shopping area. The villagers are on the 9th floor. A small sign is hard to find, even though it's on our head. Haha. Boiled rice in the morning is very delicious and clean.

Delicious food, kind staff, very clean rooms

Noisy, can't sleep at all. The room is not very quiet. The bathroom smells of foul pipes coming out in the bedroom. A lot of dust. Walking from Taipei Main Station far to reach the exit near the hotel late at night. The man should not walk back to the hotel alone. The hotel entrance beside the alley is dark and lonely as the entrance in front of the building is closed at night.
