Nice hotel... Clean... Only the check in time was late... At almost 3 o'clock the room could not be occupied because it had not been cleaned (it still smelled of cigarette smoke).

The hotel has direct access to the mall, making it easy to walk around or find food. The room is quite spacious and clean, the bathroom is also clean and complete amenities. During check-in and check-out, the service was very good by Mas Meyfin. After checking out, it turned out that my mother's cellphone was left in the room. Mas Meyfin contacted me and said the cellphone could be retrieved in the lobby. Thankfully, the cellphone was safe and could be retrieved. Thank you very much. The hotel has complete facilities, easy access, and clean, spacious rooms. I stayed in a deluxe premium room and enjoyed afternoon tea from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. There was a wide selection of delicious snacks. Plus, it's close to a mall, so finding food is easy.
