The guys were nice, at the front desk… the girl, not nice

The place was not very clean and the toilet seat was reinstalled with undersized screws and then packed with silicone what a joke to get a drink at the bar when no one is there took 20 minutes pluse the room had an Oder would not stay there again

When I arrived with my kids they helped me to check in. After I saw the bedroom, which was not with a smart tv and the ac wasn't working, they send someone to see it. Downstairs, I spoke to Eduardo, and he was very diligent to find us another accommodation that would provide the comfort and needs we had. The costumer service provided by him was above and beyond! I had previously spoke to stuff members and they weren’t concerned about costumer satisfaction and the costumers needs, when Eduardo accommodated to make the customers happy. I love the restaurant, the food is delicious, the breakfast is amazing, stuff friendly and respectful. Ac amazing, the bed was comfortable and clean sheets. They also provided more pillows and towels as I needed. I have nothing negative to say! View is breathtaking.

Staff is so nice everywhere in the hotel , the ladies on front desk is so helpful my flight was in the evening the hotel allowed me stay till 2 with no extra charge. Gerlania in the restaurant was super friendly.

Was very pleased to be given a room with a wonderful view of the sea. It's a big hotel and could feel a bit anonymous but the service overall was excellent. The breakfast is good quality and the women who clean the rooms were friendly and efficient. My room was comfortable and spacious. The location in the centre of Boa Viagem is convenient and there are bus links to Centro and Olinda, though the nearest Metro station, which I used to get to the Arena Pernambuco, is quite a walk away!

Fiquei hospedado duas diárias, na entrada do quarto já vi um frasco de filtro solar usado debaixo da cama visível, nas prateleiras tinha um comprimido solto, provavelmente isso foi de hóspedes anteriores, limpeza provavelmente foi bem superficial. Quarto tem janelão mas o blackout muito velho chega estava encolhido 6:00am o quarto super claro, não veda claridade, tive que dormir com tampa olho. Mas quarto espaçoso , bem localizado, café da manhã ok, localização boa.

sem lojas e restaurantes ao redor. ficamos limitados ao restaurante do hotel. Muito bom, mas a parte da pizza, bem fraco. Apesar de terem um forno a lenha enorme, a pizza era muito ruim.

Muito boa localização, numa das melhores partes de boa viagem, um dos poucos hotéis a beira mar, antigo com apto amplo, precisaria de algumas modernizações! Nosso apto era de frente com vista para praia

O checkin foi depois das 14h, pois não estava disponível ainda o quarto. Faltou simpatia da recepcionista no primeiro momento também. Do restante, quarto espaçoso, área comum do hotel muito boa, ótima localização e outros funcionários simpáticos.

Petit déjeuner brésilien correct. Service de l’hôtel et du restaurant pas efficace du tout. Chambre pas nettoyée et draps pas changés. L’air conditionné s’est bloqué. Pas de suivi de la réclamation. Personnel aimable mais très efficace.
