Wasn't so impressed with the breakfast especially the scrambled egg which was undercooked and below the standard I would expect.

Great place for an overnight stay, next to a shopping center, great amenities (nice gym) and great customer service (except for lengthy check in), shower had hard water built-in the class and bedroom window was dangerously cracked. Could also hope for a better view of the city given that the building seem to have many other rooms vacant.

My only complaint is when ppl open the shower water or toilet or faucet water you can hear the water noise coming down The rest the hotel is clean modern very well located

I had a great stayed at Hotel Mercury. The service was excellent, location, cleanliness and breakfast awesome.

If you are going to stay here ask for a room in Tower 1. I stayed in Tower 2 and it is a hike to get there. Also Tower 1 has balconies and Tower 2 does not. All the amenities are in Tower 1. To get to Tower 2 you have to take two elevators and cross over a bridge. It is very inconvenient.

Connected to the shopping mall, this hotel is clean, comfortable, and convenient, with excellent staff at the front desk and in the restaurant.

All was great, except I had to be in line for 45 minutes to do check out
