Nice place

Great, clean room with all modern facilities. Fantastic views & very comfortable. Lots to see al within walking distance.

Everything is clean, staff were helpful. Breakfast menu and food quality is good. Good service. Surprised to have afternoon tea provided too. Like the quietness of the breakfast area. Very close to subway and the waterfront park. Very convenient. Glad that I chose this instead of the main building. This Glory Tower is a convenient option if just stay for the accommodation as I believe other facilities are at the main building.

Surprised to find myself booked into grand tower not JW Marriott baong Luckily my colleague was moved there too No pool no bar so not much good for meeting except restaurant Food was ok but nothing special

An amazing experience, great proprerty, it is located close to a number of dining and shopping options.. five stars..

They have a full gym, large rooms, very comfortable and very close to the bay area with restaurants, etc. Breakfast could have a bit more variety in cooked dishes for a JW but overall excellent stay, my go-to for Shenzhen business trips.

The lobby area is great and looks luxurious, but the rocks at the fountain look rather fake. The TV reception is not good as channels other than CCTVs could not be received. Although the coffee machine in the hall in Nepresso, but the one in the room is not, and the coffee did not taste good, machine is flimsy.

The staffs are friendly and polite

This is our second time stay at this hotel within 30 days. The first time was booked at Gloria Wing, and we thought it is only next building, but actually it is a 10 min walk from the main hotel. This time we booked at the main building, but the hotel still put us at Gloria Wing. Fortunately Marriott rectified and messaged us before we arrived. Everything is good, especially the executive lounge.

An amazing hotel with excellent facilities.. Huge gym with all of the right equipment, a lap pool and normal swimming pool. The rooms are very spacious, modern and very comfortable.. Great views if you get a room facing the water. New shopping mall a 2 Min walk and a great shopping mall with lots of restaurants a 5 min walk near Ferris wheel. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly.

The overall stay was nice. The room was comfortable and clean. It would have been better if the reception staff paid more attention to detail though - they didn't tell us the breakfast times, opening times and services that come with the executive lounge. Food in the lobby cafe and room service is expensive and not really worth the money, but the breakfast buffet was good. Our room was not ready when we checked in so we were just told to wait - again customer service and detail was lacking for a 5 star hotel.

The staff are very friend with the hotel well located. It is very near to a local park which is quite beautiful at night. It was a fantastic experience if you’re walking at night with your loved ones. Close to shopping malls as well

The environment was good. Not too many people in the lobby when I checking in around 10:30 AM. The service in there also very good.
