This is my third time staying here and getting different rooms, so maybe it needs renovation and damaged items replaced with new ones, especially the hotel rooms in the back area. For the restaurant staff, if there are still guests eating, it is better not to clean the table next to it with a broom, it is not nice to see and the dust will fly to the food of the guests next to it, my suggestion is to use a cloth if you can't, then wait for the guests to leave first. Thank you

Good location and good customer service

The food is delicious, the place is clean, the swimming pool is clean, the atmosphere is comfortable, the service is good.

Large room, cold AC, balcony. The atmosphere is thick with Balinese nuances. Friendly staff, breakfast is quite good, can drink rice & fried eggs. In front of the hotel there are many places to eat & supermarkets. Walk 5-10 minutes to Sanur beach

Hotelnya cukup bagus namun ada beberapa hal yang harus diperbaiki. Fasilitas kamar krannya berkerak, horden juga berkerak makanan di resto yang bisa milih hanya nasi goreng, mie goreng pilih salah satu jatuhnya ala carte yang milih milih bukan buffet.

I ordered three rooms, but the hotel gave 2 rooms, one of which was an extra bed. Tried to contact the travel agent, no response, the hotel did not provide other options. Very disappointing, the hotel is beguiling consumers who are desperate. Be careful potential victims when choosing a room here.

Clean environment, clean rooms, good and friendly service.

My experience at the hotel was very pleasant and indeed my fortune was given or an upgrade to a large room had 3 balconies. A very quiet hotel to rest after a day of activities. For those who need peace, highly recommend staying here. I don't need to tell the staff at the hotel here anymore because Bali does have a culture and manners that are recognized by the world.

Room size as well as balcony great size and kept very very clean. We stayed 1 week and our room was always made up when coming back, fresh towels, drinking water etc, kudos to the cleaning team. We had a room towards the back of the resort near the second pool which was nicely lit up at night. Very well kept hotel grounds, especially around the main pool. The second pool surroundings could do with a bit of grass seeds. Most of the staff very friendly and check-in quick. We had good wifi connection,channel TV and good aircon. The shower was a bit difficult to get to the right temperature and sometimes the water pressure was a bit low. The breakfast we thought was ok, but not the greatest. For 1 week we had the same 2 fruits as a fruit salad, the same pineapple jam was put out (strange as in the fridge behind staff counter I noticed plenty of strawberry jams that however never made it to the breakfast table) and thought packets of creamer for drinks are not suitable for a hotel in this price range. However when asked I was given milk instead. The most annoying thing though was that the eggs and the toast never arrived at the same time, so one of them you always ate cold. When asking for some extra toast one day you would have thought I asked for gold! Anyway we laughed it off and par some minor things that could be easily corrected by management I would stay at this hotel again just without the bf, conveniently located close to shops, restaurants and beach. Lovely pools and plenty of relax chairs.

Located slightly away from the main road so quiet and comfortable. Room is sufficiently spacious for solo traveler with balcony. Good location with many shops and restaurants nearby

Convenient location. Walking distance to shops, resto, and beach. Breakfast was ok. I got a huge room. But air con was too small for the room. Hotel is ok-maintained.

The service was not good, we were told to change money because the room floor tiles were hit by a black stain which he said could not be lost, even though if you try cleaning it many times it would definitely be lost. If only once it will not disappear. For pool towels is also difficult, those who are mistaken continue to us who released.

Very fun and satisfying. The place is cool, cool and comfortable. Very fitting for those who want a vacation to relax and look for a calm atmosphere.
