Clean room and I can see that security has been beefed up. This is understandable as there are more homeless people looking for shelter or just a place to warm up.

Real nice and clean hotel the breakfast was great at smith's we chose the economic choice but still had a good breakfast the staff were really helpful gret stay overall

Hotel was clean throughout. Friendly staff.

Large spacious room. Comfortable beds and very clean. Our room was situated by the roof cooling and heating unit so was a little noisy.

Room temperature is inconsistent as heater only handles the middle of the room. Bathroom was freezing. Maybe add a heater within.

We stay quite a bit and noticed the cleanliness of the pool in general is getting pretty grimy, we notified the staff that a cleaning may be needed. The water was fairly hazy instead of a clean blue like normal and there were a lot of bugs/ants. Little bit gross honestly. But everything was great regardless of that! Kids still had a blast!

Parking was fine. I was washing my hands, then all of a sudden there was a smash by my feet. Someone has stuffed a beer bottle under the sink and glass went everywhere. When came to clean it up they found another 3 of them up there as well.

Parking was easy and safe. Property overall felt safe. Room was clean. Housekeeping brought us an extra blanket very quickly. Room temperature was good but asked for an extra blanket as precaution. Snack vending machinesbwere well sticked and reasonably priced. Restaurant was excellent as always.

Love the convenience of Smitty’s being in the same building. Very clean facility and the beds and pillows in the main part of the hotel are very comfortable. Price was also very reasonable and we were upgraded to a better room for the same price (off season of course).

Room was clean and modern but small. Staff were friendly.

Everything was great as usual

The first room had a pipe leak so a good portion of the floor was soaked. We were able to switch rooms but no offer of any compensation or anything for the inconvenience. Breakfast was okay, prefer a traditional hotel breakfast but there was nothing wrong with it. Pool was not well monitored. A large group of adults and children were in the pool, adults were consuming alcohol not supervising kids. My three kids were hurt several times due to this. I had to get out with my 9 month old after he was almost hit in the head with a football. Overall the hotel itself was nice and staff were kind but the lack of care for what guests were doing sucked.
