The perfect place to stay near the airport with a great restaurant that had nice food that wasnt expensive

Great location, close to the airport. Staff were excellent!

Modern feel to the rooms and common parts. Unfortunately 2 of the main courses were not available on the night l stayed. Staff were all freindly. I would stay again in the future without any hesitation. Outsde of the buildjng looked well maintained as well as the soft/hard landscape areas.

Great value and location to the airport. Feels expensive, but it’s not. Nice restaurant.

Hey great hotel! Really great! Area around is fine. But the hotel was nice & clean…the hallways aren’t the greatest feels warehouse like, but everything else was great. My one complaint but this is the world now: it doesn’t take any cash. So we had NZ dollars to use and we couldn’t use them so we left the property lots, but great spot

This is a good basic hotel within convenient distance from Auckland Airport. We’ve stayed there over 6 times now and will continue to do so. A short Uber ride to and from the airport is easy, evening meal and drinks are fine.

I had to call front desk for basics like cutlery plates rtc

What I did not like was the inability to change the date that was mistakenly entered for the 3rd of June when it was intended for the 22nd of May. This was corrected within minutes and cost me a booking and extra charge when I would not be in the country . I mentioned this at the hotel and they thought it unreasonable considering we did stay on the 22nd . It would make my experience with Expedia acceptable if I receive a refund. Stayed at the Naumi a few years ago & again in June 25. Staff are very friendly and helpful, rooms are clean, extra blankets, umbrellas no problem & no charge. Parking is $10 per day. Close to the airport, but you don’t hear aircraft noise. Also, close to motorway on & off ramps, so quick to get around.

It was enjoyable, the staff was what made the place & the service was excellent The room we stayed in was average but clean

We were welcomed by the sweetest staff who went above and beyond to make sure we were accommodated (and even celebrated!). Everything about this property was great, however, I do want to note that the beds were not comfortable whatsoever. We woke up with sore backs which was not so fun considering we had a 29 hour trip ahead of us. Besides this, we had a lovely stay. I would love to see improvements in bed comfort and quality. Should this be addressed, we would consider another stay!

Love the decor of the hotel. Beds were comfy. Shower was lovely.

Staff were awesome food excellant room tidy

Great location. Friendly staff. Heating in the room not working properly. Set at 19c kept going on to 23c . Far too hot so turned it off. Then very cold overnight.
