Overall, I had a good stay. The hotel is well located for both business and leisure, and the staff were incredible: friendly, helpful, and welcoming. That said, the hotel has limited amenities. Coffee is available, but there is no breakfast service. Toiletry products are not provided directly in the room and need to be requested. The sound insulation is also quite limited, so I would recommend bringing earplugs if you are sensitive to noise.

I would like to commend all the staffs specially Dharna and Pari. As observed they are all friendly and accommodating.

Close, walk to downtown. Lots of places to visit nearby. Parking across the street outside. This is a decent hotel, but it’s also a loud hotel due to two pubs downstairs as well as a venue for concerts and comedy clubs. Would stay at again, but not on a work trip as it’s very loud at 2 AM.

Unbeknownst to us.. There is live music in there restaurant every Sunday knight. It was imposable to sleep!!! Booming music with screaming and yelling!!! It was horrible. It kept us awake until 1:AM This was not a one night thing. This is every Sunday night. Very disappointed. We shared our experience with another passenger on the ferry ride home and said the same thing happened to them some time back. Don't go there!!!

An old expensive hotel. Crowded for two people View of machines and pipes out the window. I would not wish to stay again

The staff was lovely, the room was very well laid out and clean, and the location was great. We liked how you could just walk to most things. The Sticky Wicket served a great dinner, and the Rooftop Bar was fun. We would definitely recommend this hotel!

Good time , smaller room , very clean and well maintained

The biggest thing going for this hotel is the centralized location. It is an excellent spot from which to explore Victoria and also from which to go find some fun stuff to do. Having the Sticky Wicket pub right next door along with a liquor store also makes it very easy to get a drink. Additionally, there is a hotel parking lot nearby though this is an outdoor lot. Property was a little on the older side but still fully functional and well maintained, I had no issues in my room. The only real issue I had was the lack of fitness facilities, however, with all the walking around I was doing, this wasn't that much of a problem.
