The room was very clean. We had a balcony with a lovely view of Little Traverse Bay. The staff was great. Very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

Did not have the breakfast. We did ask for a room close because of mobility issues and did not get one. Hotel is clean but could use some updates.

The mattresses were very uncomfortable - had a difficult time sleeping. The water pressure was extremely low and the hot water turned cold in the middle of my shower. They said that the two additional days we had to cancel would be refunded - as of yet it has not. Won't stay there again.

Our check-in was delayed despite that we had called and noted we would be there early. Outside of that the pool was fun even if it was a little chilly. The hot tub was delightful. Our room was clean and fit the six of us very nicely! Everyone was very polite and kind. Breakfast had a good variety of options too!

Priced affordable and view of lake from balcony was a real treat!

Great room and breakfast

stayed before, and it great until I took a shower. No hot water after a few minutes. finished in freezing cold rinse. others also complained. Understand if something breaks. But was a bit disappointed not getting a small refund, or other compensation for dealing with a very uncomfortable situation
