Staff friendly and professional. Great dining room and breakfast. Housekeeping excellent. Convenient to the highway. Pool indoors and excellent.

The staff was lovely, the breakfast buffet was standard. Nothing stands out, but the beds were comfortable. A/C worked well. Would stay there again.

Room was spotless, loved the pillows. Staff couldn't suggest a dinner spot other than hotel but we did find an excellent fish and chip place down by the railway. Breakfast was fine.

service good, hotel clean but very outdated, some areas redone like lobby but hallway's leading to rooms need some work.

We had a great stay at the Best Western. The room was clean and comfortable, and having a kitchenette was a great bonus. The only downsides were that our room was located at the rear of the hotel, which had a somewhat dated and less appealing look, and the breakfast options were limited. Overall, though, we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying here again.

Breakfast buffet was excellent for continental breakfast, better than most places I stayed. Staff we had went over and beyond to be helpful! There is nothing negative I could say!

Breakfast was good, had gf toast which I appreciate. Staff at restaurant and breakfast very good. Dinner at restaurant was very good.

Room was good, clean and quiet. The staff were very friendly and very helpful (if needed). The restaurant food (not breakfast) was mediocre

We had an excellent stay, room was very clean and the staff were just amazing ! My only complaint would be the pool area, it is very run down. The tiles looked very old and dirty, the pool was very cloudy and the hot tub is being held together by ratchet straps. Also beside the hot tub on the floor was a bit dirty as well. However, we still enjoyed taking a swim and relaxing in the hot tub. Would recommend this hotel .

As a regular customer of Best Western i was very disappointed with my stay. We were placed in a annex building where there were renters living. Felt unsafe with my child. Checked out after two hours. Drove back home which was a four hour drive at night with my child instead of choosing to stay. Be careful when you book this hotel of which building you will be staying

1st This hotel is phishing its customers, the 1st 20 photos do not relate to any of the rooms in this hotel at least that's coming from the manager on site, and I quote " I'm sorry that's the property next door, I don't know how the pictures are there, there's nothing I can do for you." So there I was in a subpar hotel having paid luxury prices after 10 hours traveling for the next 2 nights. Rooms are old and in sub par conditions, not gonna lie bed was Ok, Parking is total darkness and not even cameras are there so Motorcycles and solo rides be aware. breakfast is ok kinda low on options. and you need to 1st stop at the front desk to get a voucher and then proceed to the restaurant next to the hotel. overall poor experience, very dark area nothing open after 8 or 9 pm not even the gas station 2 blocks away.

The breakfast was lovely, but they definitely don’t enforce the no vaping and no smoking on property, all I could smell was weed every time I went out through my door.

Hotel was great. Breakfast was not super awesome.

My only complaint was,$8.00 for 1 ounce of Whiskey,exorbitant.
