It's a typical three star

The staff were very helpful with printing which I needed throughout. The adjacent Buttery restaurant was excellent and convenient. Everyone was warm and friendly

We were pretty disappointed with the room. We thought the hotel was the tower, but we were directed to a 'motel' section in the back. Our window faced the back of that section and had storage and garbage directly in front of it. The room also felt a little damp and smelled a little musty, but it was generally clean and the beds were comfortable. For the price, I think we will look elsewhere next time we visit the area.

Room was clean, had an issue with the first room but it was quickly and pleasantly resolved by the staff on duty at quite an unpleasant hour of the night as we checked in quite late. Very happy with the service and the second room we got was perfect.

No breakfast was provided and we were given a small room in the low section of the building. Paid Best Western rate and was given a miserable room by Brooke the Service Supervisor. We were not aware that this was the bad section. Next time we will not use hotels.com

The staff was amazing. Only issue was construction nearby. So sleep was interrupted.

This is an older building that was probably just refurbished, feels a little more like a motel than a hotel. Dingy looking on the inside but housekeeping does a fantastic job at keeping it clean. The water was also a little yellow, i’m assuming it’s well water that went through filtration. At this moment in time, there seems to be construction happening on the road and makes entering/exiting the plaza the hotel is located at a little complicated. The parking situation in the front is abysmal, park in the back. Breakfast is not included, $20 fee i believe. And gym services are not inside but you are given a voucher to workout at the Goodlife near by. Staff, wonderful! Helpful and very considerate!

Rooms were clean, very friendly staff would definitely recommend and book another stay .

I can't speak to this because I only stayed the night. I didn't really use any amentities, however the staff was super helpful and nice. It was clean and provided a good bed for the night.

Breakfast was not included in the price so I had to buy breakfast at The Buttery restaurant, which is only open from 7:00 am until 2:00 pm. The food was good.

There was the beautiful Buttery Restaurant next door with a great cesear salad and a rental car next door that worked well for me. A wonderful place to stay and will always return there.

The room was nice and clean, the only issue I had was in hotel washroom the toilet are to low and smaller and very hard to move. The staff where great and there is a restaurant in the hotel and there enough parking space.

Hotel was OK. My complaint is that we were stuck in a room beside a wedding party. If you know, your hotel is being used for a wedding you should really try and keep other guests separate so that they’re not having to deal with the noise all night! Also, there definitely could be better places to put the ice machines and vending machines then right outside of the room doors because they are noisy all night long.
